Job summary

Cast AI is seeking a founding customer‑facing engineer for Kimchi in our Customer Success team. You will drive multi‑model LLM workflows with governance, cost controls, and desktop access via Kimchi Studio to accelerate adoption while preserving spend visibility.

You’ll operate at the intersection of inference optimization, autonomous coding agents, and governance, shaping growth strategies and expanding revenue with current customers.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with LLMs: deployment, fine-tuning, evaluation or debugging.
• Ability to operate in a fast-moving environment with change.
• Experience optimizing inference systems and understanding latency/cost.
• Explain complex concepts to non-ML engineers and relate to business value.
• Commercial thinking with growth opportunities and customer expansion.

Responsibilities

• Lead hands-on demos of Kimchi Coding, Studio and Teleport.
• Set up, configure workspaces and integrations for customer environments.
• Design governance policies: spending limits, cost attribution, model routing.
• Integrate Kimchi's serverless inference API and optimize workloads.
• Translate feedback into product input and identify gaps.
