Job summary

Anove International is seeking a Community & Marketing Manager to grow visibility, voice, and community for our early‑stage AI governance SaaS focus. You’ll own content across platforms, coordinating posts, webinars, and events while aligning with sales for demand generation.

The role blends creative storytelling with analytics in a startup setting, offering hands-on ownership of brand and content strategy in a fast-changing B2B landscape.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in community management, marketing, communications, or content creation.
• Comfortable writing LinkedIn posts and managing content across a website blog, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
• Able to build and run a cross-platform posting schedule and keep channels in sync.

Responsibilities

• Plan and maintain a cross‑platform content calendar that coordinates posts across our website blog, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
• Write and publish content, including strong LinkedIn posts that reflect our voice and reach the right audience.
• Manage Anove’s online presence and maintain brand consistency across channels.
• Support the organization, promotion, and publication of webinars, roundtables, events, and conferences.
• Collaborate with sales to align content and community initiatives with lead generation and commercial priorities.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends, opportunities, and positioning insights.
• Track performance across channels and improve marketing actions based on results and feedback.
