Job summary

George Thomas is retained by a growing hygiene papers and washroom solutions manufacturer in Europe with multiple locations. We seek an Account Manager responsible for driving new business across the Netherlands and wider Benelux, with the role based remotely within the Randstad area.

Salary is €70,000-€75,000 basic plus bonus, car and benefits. Travel across the region is expected to build lasting customer relationships and achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related discipline preferred.
• 3–5 years of sales experience.
• Experience selling into away-from-home segment, end users and wholesale customers.
• Ambitious, entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of winning new business.
• Proven ability to develop and execute sales and margin growth strategies.
• History of building relationships that improve revenue and market share.
• Proven ability to develop and implement a sales strategy to drive revenue.
• Willingness to travel across the region.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities while deepening existing customer relationships.
• Acquire in-depth knowledge of the company’s products and services and new lines as they are introduced.
• Meet or exceed sales goals.
• Gather information to sell products through various sources and maintain customer relationships.
• Learn and expand knowledge across all product lines.
