Our client's products reach over 10 million patients worldwide, that is why we are supporting them in looking for a Reliability engineer responsible for ensuring safety, reliability, availability, and maintainability of our production and utility equipment and processes.
Contract length: 12 months (possibility of extension or permanent contract after)
Ideal Starting date: 1st of July
Pay range (not negotiable): €34.26 to €36.06 (roughly 5.926 to 6238)
Hybrid attendance: Ideal 4 days on site
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute reliability programs (RCM, FMEA, Weibull)
- Track and improve KPIs (MTBF, MTTR, OEE)
- Lead RCA and implement corrective/preventive actions (CAPA)
- Optimize maintenance (preventive/predictive) and spare parts strategy
- Use data and condition monitoring to anticipate failures
- Support CMMS/EAM systems and data integrity
- Embed reliability in design, procurement, and commissioning
- Manage lifecycle risks (failure points, obsolescence, continuity)
- Collaborate cross-functionally and mentor teams
Qualifications
- Degree in Engineering
- 5–8+ years in reliability/maintenance/asset management
- Experience improving equipment reliability (regulated industries a plus)
- Reliability methods (RCM, FMEA, RCA, Weibull)
- Predictive maintenance & lifecycle/spares management
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder skills
- Proactive, safety-focused, and continuous improvement mindset
