Job summary

Qblox in Delft, Netherlands, seeks a mid-level Release Manager to lead release planning and governance for multi-disciplinary hardware and software projects. You will drive readiness criteria, gate reviews, and final go/no-go decisions, while coordinating calendars and ensuring clear authority boundaries with CTO and product leads.

The role emphasizes process leadership, cross-team collaboration, and the ability to move forward from evolving information in a fast-paced engineering environment.

Qualifications

• Complex release management across hardware, firmware, and software teams.
• Experience running strict release readiness and gate processes.
• Experience coaching release practices in people who do not formally report to you.

Responsibilities

• Release Authority & Planning
• Release Decisions: define release-readiness criteria, run gate reviews, and make go/no-go calls.
• Calendar & Requirements: own release calendar and deadlines for components.
• Boundary Definition (RACI): co-define authority with CTO, PMO, and leads.
