Job summary

Qblox in Delft, the Netherlands, seeks a (Senior) Release Manager to own end-to-end release coordination across FPGA, embedded software, software packages, and documentation. Based in the PMO, you will have absolute authority over the release process and go/no-go decisions across all teams.

This full-time role requires credibility and executive presence to enforce rigorous release discipline with department heads on an equal footing.

Qualifications

• Experience managing releases across hardware, firmware, and software
• Proven ability to run strict release readiness and gate processes
• Experience coaching release practices in teams without formal reporting lines

Responsibilities

• Define release authority and planning across FPGA, embedded software, and software packages
• Run gate reviews and determine release readiness in collaboration with department heads
• Own the release calendar and state of each component
• Co-define authority boundaries with CTO, PMO, and component leads
• Maintain live release readiness dashboards and chair cross-component reviews
• Treat documentation as a tracked release stream with its own readiness criteria
