Job summary

Robeco in Rotterdam is seeking a Legal & Regulatory Reporting Specialist to translate laws into reporting requirements and oversee outsourced reports.

You will ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance, coordinate internal approvals and external audits, and support reporting for Robeco's funds with strong cross‑stakeholder communication.

The role is hybrid in a collaborative, high‑quality environment focusing on timely submissions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration, accounting, finance, or economics.
• 2–5 years experience in financial reporting, audit or investment management.
• Experience with Legal & Regulatory Reporting for asset management or pension funds is a plus.
• Knowledge of Dutch GAAP, Luxembourg GAAP, IFRS, MIFID, FTK, Solvency II, SFDR is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Translate laws and regulations into reporting requirements and oversee outsourced reporting processes.
• Support outsourcing partners with expertise and guidance to ensure reports are prepared accurately and in compliance with regulations.
• Quality assurance of the reports produced by our outsourcing partners and ensure all deadlines are met.
• File reports with regulators and coordinate the internal approval process for Robeco's (semi-)annual reports.
• Coordinate the external audit and prepare specific regulatory client reports.
• Combine regulatory expertise with a proactive mindset and strong communication skills.
