Job summary

Robeco, based in the Netherlands, seeks a Regulatory Reporting Specialist to translate complex regulations into clear reporting requirements and ensure high-quality reporting for clients, regulators and investment funds. Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in business admin, accounting, finance or economics.
• 2–5 years' experience in financial reporting, audit or investment management.
• Experience with regulatory reporting for asset management, pension funds is a plus; knowledge of relevant laws and regulations (e.g., IFRS, MIFID, Solvency II, SFDR) is beneficial.

As a Regulatory Reporting Specialist, you'll translate complex regulations into clear reporting requirements and ensure high-quality reporting for clients, regulators and investment funds. Join a team at the heart of our asset management business, working with internal experts, auditors and external service providers across multiple jurisdictions.

As part of Investment Services & Reporting (ISR), the Legal & Regulatory Reporting team plays a key role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality regulatory reporting. The team prepares a range of specialized regulatory client reports and oversees several outsourced reporting processes, including the production of (semi-)annual reports for Robeco investment funds and regulatory reporting to clients and regulators.

What You Will Do

You translate laws and regulations into reporting requirements and oversee part of the outsourced reporting process. You support outsourcing partners with expertise and guidance to ensure reports are prepared accurately and in compliance with regulations. You are responsible for quality assurance of the reports produced by our outsourcing partners and ensure all deadlines are met. In addition, you file reports with regulators and coordinate the internal approval process for Robeco's (semi-)annual reports. You also coordinate the external audit and prepare specific regulatory client reports.

As a Regulatory Reporting Specialist, you combine regulatory expertise with a proactive mindset and strong communication skills. You are comfortable working with multiple internal and external stakeholders in a complex and dynamic environment and take ownership of delivering high-quality and compliant reporting.

What you bring:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or Economics.
• 2-5 years working experience in financial reporting, audit or investment management.
• Experience with Regulatory Reporting for asset management, pension funds is a plus;
• Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations is a plus, not mandatory (Dutch GAAP, Luxembourg GAAP, IFRS, MIFID, FTK, Solvency II, SFDR).
