Job summary

Robeco is seeking a Legal & Regulatory Reporting Specialist to translate laws into precise reporting requirements and oversee part of the outsourced reporting process. You will assure accuracy, comply with regulations, file regulator reports, and coordinate internal approvals and audits.

You will work with multiple internal and external stakeholders in a dynamic environment, delivering high-quality, compliant reporting for asset management and related funds.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or Economics.
• 2-5 years working experience in financial reporting, audit or investment management.
• Experience with Legal & Regulatory Reporting for asset management or pension funds is a plus; knowledge of Dutch GAAP, IFRS, MiFID, SFDR (not mandatory) is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Translate laws and regulations into reporting requirements and oversee part of outsourced reporting.
• Support outsourcing partners with expertise to ensure reports are accurate and compliant.
• Quality assurance of reports produced by outsourcing partners and meeting all deadlines.
