Job summary

ABN AMRO Bank N.V. is seeking an experienced professional to join External Risk Reporting within the CRO organisation.

You will own the delivery of external risk reporting, coordinating with internal teams and external parties to ensure accuracy and timely communication. The role focuses on consolidating Pillar 3 narratives, validating templates, and driving data-driven improvements to reporting quality, while complying with BCBS239 and evolving regulations.

Qualifications

• Academic background in finance or risk management.
• At least 5 years’ experience in finance or risk management.
• Experience with reporting and knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards.
• Experience in stakeholder management and decision-making under time pressure.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong execution and innovation mindset.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of risk deliverables in the Quarterly and Annual Report.
• Validate Pillar 3 templates, analyse movements and write narratives.
• Engage with bankwide stakeholders and external auditors.
• Ensure risk reports are consistent across communication channels.
• Develop and enhance reporting process in response to regulatory changes.
• Ensure compliance with BCBS239 and other regulations.
