Job summary

Levy Global is seeking a Legal & Regulatory Reporting Specialist to manage the quality and timeliness of regulatory reports for an international asset manager's funds. You will oversee a portion of the outsourced reporting, translating laws into clear reporting requirements and coordinating with outsourcing partners to ensure accuracy and on-time delivery.

You bring 2-5 years in financial reporting or related fields, a strong analytical mindset, and a technology-driven approach to data solutions

Qualifications

2-5 years of working experience in financial reporting, audit or investment management.
Strong analytical skills, pragmatic and quality-driven.
Technology-driven mindset with interest in process optimisation, automation and data solutions, and ability to work with AI-powered tools.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, proactive in liaising with outsourcing partners.
Proactive, result-oriented, flexible, critical and resilient in a dynamic environment; able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Nice-to-have: experience with legal and regulatory reporting for asset management or pension funds and knowledge of Dutch GAAP, Luxembourg GAAP, IFRS, MiFID, FTK, Solvency II and SFDR.

Responsibilities

Oversee part of the outsourced reporting process and ensure high-quality outputs.
Support outsourcing partners with input and knowledge to produce accurate reports.
Quality-assure reports and ensure all deadlines are met.
File reports with regulators.
Run the internal approval process for semi-annual reports.
Coordinate the external audit.
Prepare regulatory client reports and translate laws into reporting requirements.
