Job summary

Levy Global is seeking a Legal & Regulatory Reporting Specialist to manage the quality and timeliness of regulatory reports for an international asset manager's funds. You will oversee a portion of the outsourced reporting, translating laws into clear reporting requirements and coordinating with outsourcing partners to ensure accuracy and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of working experience in financial reporting, audit or investment management.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, proactive in liaising with outsourcing partners.
• Proactive, result-oriented, flexible, critical and resilient in a dynamic environment; able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Nice-to-have: experience with legal and regulatory reporting for asset management or pension funds and knowledge of Dutch GAAP, Luxembourg GAAP, IFRS, MiFID, FTK, Solvency II and SFDR.

Legal & Regulatory Reporting Specialist | Financial Services | Oversight & Quality Assurance

Take charge of the legal and regulatory reporting of an international asset manager's investment funds. As Legal & Regulatory Reporting Specialist, you'll oversee a part of the outsourced reporting process, from (semi-)annual fund reports to reports for regulators and clients, making sure every report is right and every deadline is met.

It's a role for someone who combines a critical eye for quality with strong communication skills, and who is curious about automation, data solutions and AI-powered tools.

About the role

You'll join the Legal & Regulatory Reporting team, which oversees several outsourced legal and regulatory reports and prepares specific regulatory client reports. You'll work closely with the outsourcing partners, translating laws and regulations into clear reporting requirements. You will:

• Perform oversight on a part of the outsourced reporting process
• Support the outsourcing partners with input and specific knowledge, so they can create the reports in the right way
• Quality-assure the reports they produce and make sure all deadlines are met
• File reports with regulators
• Run the internal approval process for the (semi-)annual reports
• Coordinate the external audit
• Prepare specific regulatory client reports
• Translate laws and regulations into reporting requirements

Who are you?

• Bachelor's or Master's degree level, preferably in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or Economics
• 2-5 years of working experience in financial reporting, audit or investment management
• Strong analytical skills, pragmatic and quality-driven
• A technology-driven mindset with an interest in process optimisation, automation and data solutions, and a proven ability to work with AI-powered tools
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, and proactive in your contact with outsourcing partners
• Proactive, result-oriented, flexible, critical and resilient, able to thrive in a dynamic, evolving environment while managing multiple priorities and deadlines

A plus: experience with legal and regulatory reporting for asset management or pension funds, and knowledge of relevant laws and regulations such as Dutch GAAP, Luxembourg GAAP, IFRS, MiFID, FTK, Solvency II and SFDR.
