Job summary

Luxoft in Amsterdam is seeking a Senior AxiomSL Regulatory Reporting Expert / Solution Lead to support a leading bank. You will combine deep technical AxiomSL knowledge with strong regulatory reporting expertise to deliver and optimize solutions across Finance, Risk, Regulatory Reporting and IT.

The role requires engaging with senior management, translating complex requirements into robust technical designs, and driving end-to-end delivery in a complex banking environment.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years of experience in banking technology, regulatory reporting or related transformation programmes.
• 5+ years of hands-on AxiomSL experience, ideally within European banking environments.
• Proven experience delivering complex AxiomSL implementations, enhancements or regulatory reporting transformation initiatives.
• Strong functional understanding of European banking regulatory reporting, particularly liquidity and prudential reporting.
• Experience with multiple regulatory reporting frameworks including LCR, NSFR, ALMM, COREP and AnaCredit.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and functional guidance across regulatory reporting initiatives.
• Lead analysis, design, configuration, development and enhancement of AxiomSL solutions.
• Translate regulatory and business requirements into functional specs, technical designs and implementation plans.
• Provide hands-on expertise in AxiomSL data models, taxonomies, transformation rules and reporting workflows.
• Oversee data sourcing, mapping, integration and reconciliation between upstream systems and AxiomSL.
• Investigate and resolve complex reporting issues including data quality and regulatory validation failures.
• Support system upgrades, regulatory changes, testing, deployment and production stabilization.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting efficiency, automation, data quality and operational resilience.
• Engage with senior stakeholders and translate complex issues into clear business implications and decisions.
