ING is seeking an experienced Regulatory Reporting Change SME (MiFIR / EMIR) to support regulatory change initiatives and business and technology transformations within Financial Markets. You will act as a SME for MiFIR/EMIR Transaction Reporting and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

The role involves translating regulatory requirements into business and functional specifications, representing reporting in change projects, reviewing designs, and facilitating testing and production

Qualifications

• Strong, demonstrable expertise in MiFIR and EMIR Transaction Reporting within banking or financial services.
• Experience in regulatory change, transformation or implementation programmes.
• Strong business analysis skills, including requirements definition, impact assessments and solution reviews.
• Good understanding of Financial Markets products, trade lifecycles and reporting data flows.
