Job summary

Levy Professionals is seeking an experienced Transaction Reporting SPOC for a major Dutch bank in Amsterdam. The role combines MiFIR/EMIR regulatory expertise with business analysis and change delivery across design to production.

You will own the RTR workstream, translate regulatory requirements into clear functional specifications, and coordinate testing and governance for successful implementations.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in EMIR and MiFIR transaction reporting within banking or financial services.
• Strong ability to translate regulatory requirements into business and functional specs.
• Proven delivery of change in project environments (Agile and traditional).

Responsibilities

• Own the RTR workstream in projects and product changes, ensuring regulatory obligations are embedded.
• Translate requirements, review solution designs for reporting considerations, and define testing strategy.
• Coordinate UAT and sign‑off from an RTR perspective, and manage reporting risks and issues.
• Facilitate workshops and communicate updates to senior management and governance forums.
