Описание

A regulatory reporting consultancy builds transformation and implementation expertise for client projects. It deploys specialists to institutional clients, typically banks and financial institutions, to implement technology and support EMIR and MiFIR reporting obligations.

Задачи

• Act as the business analyst and project lead on implementation engagements alongside client teams
• Establish and document each client's EMIR and MiFIR reporting obligations and current reporting arrangements
• Analyze client data across multiple source systems, tracing where reportable attributes originate and how they flow
• Map client data landscapes to reporting specifications, identifying gaps, ambiguities, and attributes that require sourcing elsewhere
• Translate regulatory requirements into practical data requirements, drawing on how the industry operationalizes EMIR and MiFIR obligations
• Plan and drive engagements, track progress, manage dependencies, and keep delivery on schedule
• Identify where client data quality or availability affects accurate reporting and define what is needed to close those gaps
• Lead working sessions with client stakeholders across operations, technology, and compliance to resolve mapping questions and interpretive issues
• Produce mapping documentation, business requirements, and supporting analysis for client and internal use
• Support testing and validation of reporting outputs before client go-live
• Help shape the direction of the analysis, with scope to lead or co-lead the engagement

Требования

• Hands-on business analysis experience in regulatory reporting, gained in financial services or with a platform or vendor serving the sector
• Strong working knowledge of EMIR and MiFIR reporting, including required data and how firms operationalize their obligations
• Demonstrable data mapping expertise, tracing reportable attributes across source systems and mapping them to a target specification
• Experience with large, complex system implementations or migrations, including order management, trading, risk, or similar enterprise platforms, beyond regulatory reporting
• Business analysis and project management capability, with the ability to work in data detail while keeping engagements on schedule
• Strong data analysis capability and the ability to make sense of fragmented data estates and clearly evidence conclusions
• Confident client-facing manner and credibility working with senior stakeholders at institutional clients
• Based within a European time zone
• Fluent written and spoken English
