Job summary

ZEDRA Group is seeking a Compliance Administrator in the Netherlands to support the Local Head of Compliance and help the business meet regulatory obligations within a strong culture of integrity.

You will execute compliance monitoring, regulatory tracking, policy maintenance, reporting, and training across the organization, collaborating with stakeholders and maintaining up-to-date registers and documentation.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in compliance, risk, or regulatory roles within financial services (Experience within the Trust Sector is preferred).
• Knowledge of regulatory obligations including KYC/CDD, AML/CTF.
• Ability to produce structured, audience-appropriate written material.

Responsibilities

• Execute components of the Compliance Monitoring Program, including testing, documentation, and follow-up of findings.
• Track incidents, breaches, and remediation actions.
• Prepare and support compliance reporting to management and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate and administer compliance training programs.
• Maintain and update compliance policies, procedures, and frameworks.
