Job summary

Orange Gaming is seeking a Compliance Manager to ensure adherence to laws and regulations within a regulated sector. This role involves drafting policies, conducting audits, and promoting compliance awareness throughout the organization.

The ideal candidate will possess at least a bachelor’s degree in law or a related field, along with two years of experience in compliance. Strong analytical and advisory skills in both Dutch and English are essential for this position.

As part of a small, professional team, you will report directly to the board and shape the compliance framework in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of work experience in compliance, legal, or audit within regulated sectors.
• Strong knowledge of Remote Gambling Act (KOA), Wwft, and GDPR.
• Experience in auditing and risk-based approaches.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with the Dutch Betting and Gaming Act and related regulations.
• Identify and implement new or amended regulations.
• Draft and update internal policies and procedures.
• Perform audits and follow up on compliance issues.
• Promote compliance awareness through training.
