ING is seeking a seasoned professional to join the Lending Delivery organization in Amsterdam. You will report to the Product Lead and drive execution of regulatory deliveries in the Lending domain, acting as the expert on the how of delivery, ensuring stakeholder alignment and high-quality outcomes.

You will bridge IT and business, map customer journeys, and use design thinking and lean startup principles to deliver value.

Qualifications

• Minimal 5-7+ years of working experience.
• Experience/affinity with Wholesale Banking within Front Office, Transformation, Risk Management or Data management.
• Excellent command of English.

Responsibilities

• Report to the Product Lead of your product space.
• Drive execution of (Regulatory) deliveries in the Lending domain; ESG, Basel IV and serve as expert on the “how”
• Bridge IT and business through understanding of client needs, digitization and ensure delivery is of the right quality by defining and executing user acceptance test.
