Job summary

ING is seeking a seasoned professional to join the Lending Delivery organization in Amsterdam. You will report to the Product Lead and drive execution of regulatory deliveries in the Lending domain, acting as the expert on the how of delivery, ensuring stakeholder alignment and high-quality outcomes.

You will bridge IT and business, map customer journeys, and use design thinking and lean startup principles to deliver value.

Qualifications

• Minimal 5-7+ years of working experience.
• Experience/affinity with Wholesale Banking within Front Office, Transformation, Risk Management or Data management.
• Excellent command of English.

The Team

The Lending Tribe is part of ING’s Wholesale Banking Lending Organization.

Our strategic direction is that we build the future of Wholesale Banking for our customers and employees. We create a fast, seamless, personalized & Data-driven Digital Lending Xperience.

Your role & key responsibilities

• You will report to the Product Lead of your product space
• You will drive execution of (Regulatory) deliveries in the Lending domain; For example ESG, Basel IV, CRLT and serve as expert on the “how”
• You see the connection between the Strategy, Processes and Data in Lending and understand the impact of change in one of them
• You prepare and facilitate decision making and solution design, and ensure that all relevant stakeholders are involved on domain and global level.
• You monitor progress of the delivery and pro-actively update the stakeholders on issues and progress. If necessary you adjust roadmap/solution in response to changing needs
• You will provide expert advice related to the customer journey on how to improve it based on feedback, policy and regulatory requirements. Also, taking into consideration evolving commercial needs and market landscape
• You bridge IT and business through understanding of client needs, digitization and ensure delivery is of the right quality by defining and executing user acceptance test
• You will be responsible for continuous learning and sharing of your experience/ knowledge and colleagues from different domains. You are the example in giving and receiving feedback to improve yourself, the squads and the Lending Delivery organization
• You will use different ways of working like design thinking, lean startup and agility to ensure the quality of features and stories. You have an entrepreneurial mindset; think big, start small and scale fast. Customer journey mapping is one of the key artifacts you need be familiar with
