ING Amsterdam is seeking an Operations Specialist in Life Management, Team NoWorryING. You will support commercial customer retention, lead generation on our Mortgages Portfolio, and manage the Convert Without Advice initiative.

The role requires proactivity, optimism, and WFT HK certification. You will interact with customers via video or phone and work two days per week in the Amsterdam office (Haarlerbergpark).

Operations Specialist In Life Mangement / Team NoWorryING

COO Operations Mortgages / In Life Management. Within In Life Management there is Team NoWorryING: the proactive customer team focused on commercial customer retention and lead generation, reducing High-Risk Interest-Only mortgages, and sustainability through the ING Upgrader. We are also the point of contact for matters for intermediaries, and our work package includes the "Convert Without Advice" proposition. We offer end-to-end support to customers, for example, by using standard scripts and specific guidelines and procedures to answer questions or complete transactions. We request assistance and/or escape problems and questions when necessary to resolve customer issues quickly. Your work package will include this:

• Assessing High Risk clients
• Commercial Retention and lead generation on our Mortgages Portfolio
• Convert without Advice proposition

These will be the main activities and will be held via Video or Phone with our customers.

You will be working in our Customer Loyalty Team in Amsterdam, ING office Haarlerbergpark (HBP) and we expect from you that your are two days a week in office with your collegues.

We are looking for a candidate who is proactive, optimistic and lives the Orange Code! WFT HK is a must have to be able to work in our team.
