The Social Hub in the Netherlands is seeking a Regional Technical Property Manager to ensure our hubs are sustainable and energized. You will switch between strategy and daily operations, planning for the future while solving today’s challenges, guiding local teams, and keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Facility Management or similar.
• 5–8 years experience in maintenance management, ideally in hospitality.
• Experience managing multiple sites and teams.
• Knowledge of building systems, regulations and safety standards.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Budget management experience.
• Fluent in English; Dutch language is essential.

With your technical know-how and leadership, you’ll guide local teams, manage partners, and keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes. The best part? What You’ll Do

• Build and run preventive maintenance programs

• Lead and coach local maintenance managers across countries

• Take charge in technical challenges and crisis situations
• Push forward sustainability and energy efficiency initiatives

What You’ll Have

• You have a degree in Engineering, Facility Management or similar
• You bring 5–8 years of experience in maintenance management, ideally in hospitality
• You have managed multiple sites and teams before
• You know building systems, regulations and safety standards inside out
• You bring strong communication and organizational skills
• You have solid experience managing budgets
• You’re fluent in English; Dutch is essential
