Job summary

The Social Hub is seeking a Regional Technical Property Manager for the Netherlands to keep our hubs running sustainably and efficiently. You’ll switch between strategy and daily operations, guide local teams, manage partners, and keep every site performing at a high level behind the scenes.

You will turn maintenance strategy into future‑proof plans, build preventive programs, lead maintenance managers across countries, and push energy efficiency while safeguarding budgets and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Facility Management or similar.
• 5–8 years of experience in maintenance management.
• Experience leading multiple sites and teams.
• Knowledge of building systems, regulations and safety standards.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Experience managing budgets.

Responsibilities

• Turn maintenance strategy into future-proof plans.
• Build and run preventive maintenance programs.
• Keep budgets healthy and spot cost-saving opportunities.
• Lead and coach local maintenance managers across countries.
• Partner with suppliers and build strong relationships.
• Take charge in technical challenges and crisis situations.
• Push forward sustainability and energy efficiency initiatives.
