Job summary

Atos SE in Eindhoven is seeking a Software Buyer to join its regional procurement team supporting the Benelux & Nordics business. The role focuses on sourcing and managing software and IT services, requiring 2–5 years of relevant experience and a bachelor’s or master's degree.

This position offers exposure to complex commercial negotiations and structured learning opportunities to grow into a Senior Software Buyer role, within an international and collaborative environment, along with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in procurement, IT, consulting, finance or a commercial role.
• Strong interest in technology, software and digital business models.
• Ability to work with data and structured information.

Responsibilities

• Support the end-to-end procurement lifecycle.
• Assist in the negotiation of software-related agreements.
• Work closely with Sales, Legal, Finance and Risk teams.
• Provide insights on costs, contract terms and supplier performance.
• Contribute to business cases and commercial recommendations.
• Ensure adherence to procurement policies and audit requirements.
• Support supplier relationship management.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
