Job summary

ABF is seeking a Purchaser in Eindhoven to ensure optimal stock levels and competitive costs. You will partner with suppliers and internal teams to strengthen the supply chain and deliver structured, scalable procurement processes.

The role emphasizes ownership, independent execution, and a strong focus on pricing strategy. English fluency is essential, with Dutch or other languages a plus in this growing, IT-driven organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience in a commercial role (purchasing, sales, or customer service).
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills with a good understanding of pricing.
• Able to work independently and take ownership of results.
• Fluent in English; Dutch or additional languages are an advantage.
• Comfortable operating in a growing, changing organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage sourcing and replenishment to keep stock levels optimal and costs competitive.
• Build and maintain supplier relationships to secure favorable terms.
• Negotiate pricing and commercial terms with confidence.
• Monitor market trends and supplier performance for improvements in cost, quality, and supply reliability.
• Shape our processes to create smarter, scalable ways of working.
• Represent ABF on business trips and supplier visits (approximately 1–4 times per year).
