Job summary

Upway is seeking an SMB Partnerships Manager for the Netherlands, based in Rotterdam. You will own a major bicycle region, identify and onboard independent bike shops, and drive trade-in adoption with daily usage by partners.

The role demands 2–5 years in B2B sales or related fields, a hunter mindset, willingness to travel 60–80%, and strong Dutch/English communication to build trust with mechanics and owners.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years in B2B Sales, Business Development or Purchasing.
• Willing to travel 60-80% within region.
• Dutch native with professional English for reporting.
• Experience in cycling industry a plus, sales DNA valued.

Responsibilities

• Regional Ownership: manage a major bicycle region and end-to-end relationships.
• Hunt, Close and Onboard New Retail Partners: prospect, onboard and activate independent shops and regional chains.
• Stock Purchasing: identify and purchase excess stock to expand offerings.
• Build Long-Term Trust: be a reliable stakeholder and negotiate with shops and owners.
• Negotiations: secure favorable purchasing terms for Upway.
• Deploy Additional Services: leverage partner network to roll out services (pickup, dropoff, maintenance, B2B sales).
