Job summary

Vencomatic Group Asia SDN BHD serves as the Asia-Pacific hub for Vencomatic Group, providing poultry housing and climate solutions across the region. We are looking for an Area Sales Manager to drive growth by expanding distributor networks and managing key accounts in India and Sri Lanka.

You will develop regional sales strategies, build strong relationships with poultry producers and industry stakeholders, and lead negotiations to secure sustainable business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Animal Science, Agribusiness, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management – preferably within the poultry, livestock, or agricultural sector.
• Experience working with distributor and dealer networks.
• Strong commercial, negotiation, relationship management, and excellent communication skills in English.
• A proactive, results-driven, and customer-focused mindset with the ability to work independently across a geographically diverse market.
• Willingness to travel extensively within India and Sri Lanka.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets, identify new business opportunities and contribute to the regional sales strategy.
• Develop and strengthen the distributor and dealer network, while building strong relationships with poultry producers, integrators, consultants and other industry stakeholders.
• Manage strategic customer accounts and advise customers on poultry housing, egg handling, and climate solutions to support long-term customer success.
• Lead commercial negotiations and conclude sales agreements in line with company objectives.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities and turn insights into commercial opportunities.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline, prepare sales forecasts, and represent Vencomatic Group during customer visits, trade shows, exhibitions, conferences, and other industry events.
