Qualifications

• Bereidheid tot reizen binnen India en Sri Lanka.

Responsibilities

• Behaal verkoopdoelstellingen en identificeer nieuwe kansen.
• Ontwikkel distributie- en dealernetwerken en onderhoud relaties.
• Adviseer klanten over huisvesting, klimaatsystemen en leg contact met partners.
• Leid commerciële onderhandelingen en sluit verkoopovereenkomsten.
• Analyseer markttrends en omzetkansen, onderhoud verkoopforecast.
• Behartig de verkooppijplijn en vertegenwoordig Vencomatic Group op events.

As Area Sales Manager India & Sri Lanka, you will drive sales growth and strengthen Vencomatic Group’s presence across the region. You build strong relationships with distributors, dealers, key accounts, and other industry stakeholders - while identifying new business opportunities and helping customers find poultry solutions that fit their needs. With a strong understanding of the poultry industry, you recognize market opportunities and know how to turn them into sustainable business. You take a consultative approach, acting as a trusted business partner who combines market knowledge with commercial focus to create long-term value for both our customers and Vencomatic Group.

About the Company

Vencomatic Group Asia SDN BHD is the Asia-Pacific hub of Vencomatic Group. We support poultry producers, distributors, and industry partners across the region with innovative solutions for poultry housing, egg handling, climate management, and precision farming.

Your career

• Achieve sales targets, identify new business opportunities and contribute to the regional sales strategy;
• Develop and strengthen the distributor and dealer network, while building strong relationships with poultry producers, integrators, consultants and other industry stakeholders;
• Manage strategic customer accounts and advise customers on poultry housing, egg handling, and climate solutions to support long-term customer success;
• Lead commercial negotiations and conclude sales agreements in line with company objectives;
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities and turn insights into commercial opportunities;
• Maintain an active sales pipeline, prepare sales forecasts, and represent Vencomatic Group during customer visits, trade shows, exhibitions, conferences, and other industry events.

Dit ben jij

Your talents

• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Animal Science, Agribusiness, Business Administration, or a related field;
• Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management - preferably within the poultry, livestock, or agricultural sector;
• Experience working with distributor and dealer networks;
• Strong commercial, negotiation, relationship management, and excellent communication skills in English;
• A proactive, results-driven, and customer-focused mindset with the ability to work independently across a geographically diverse market;
• Willingness to travel extensively within India and Sri Lanka.
