Job summary

Spencer Thomas seeks a Payroll Subject Matter Expert to oversee payroll across the UK, Netherlands, and Thailand within the Celergo framework. You will coordinate design, testing, and go-live support with regional SMEs and ADP, ensuring accuracy and compliance across jurisdictions.

Responsibilities include data mapping, year-to-date reconciliation, and final conversion readiness, with hands-on support for early live payrolls.

• Familiarity with Lyric Payroll and ADP systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the client's payroll workstream across the UK, Netherlands, and Thailand.
• Represent the client in Lyric Payroll design for the US and Canada: earnings, deductions, taxes, garnishments, GL mapping, pay calendars, and year-end.
• Define payroll requirements tied to HR, Benefits, ACA, Leave Administration, and Workforce Suite (time-to-pay).
• Review payroll data conversion mapping, including year-to-date balances and history.
• Plan and lead payroll comparison testing, variance analysis, and resolution with ADP.
• Set go-live readiness criteria and support final conversion.
• Support first live payrolls and stabilization, including reconciliation and issue resolution.
• Coordinate Regional SMEs and the Celergo workstream to follow a unified design and test approach.

The Payroll Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) are responsible for overseeing and ensuring successful payroll outcomes on behalf of the client across their respective countries. This role involves close collaboration with Regional SMEs and ADP to support payroll operations, ensure accuracy and compliance, and facilitate effective payroll delivery across the UK, the Netherlands, and Thailand within the Celergo payroll framework.

Responsibilities

• Lead the client's payroll workstream across the UK, Netherlands, and Thailand.
• Represent the client in Lyric Payroll design for the US and Canada: earnings, deductions, taxes, garnishments, GL mapping, pay calendars, and year-end.
• Define payroll requirements that depend on HR, Benefits, ACA, Leave Administration, and Workforce Suite (time-to-pay).
• Review payroll data conversion mapping, including year-to-date balances and history.
• Plan and lead payroll comparison (parallel) testing, variance analysis, and resolution with ADP.
• Set payroll go-live readiness criteria and support the final conversion.
• Support the first live payrolls and stabilization, including reconciliation and issue resolution.
• Coordinate Regional SMEs and the Celergo workstream so all countries follow one design and test approach.
