Zusammenfassung

Peddler is seeking a hub assistant to coordinate between the hub and our headquarters, ensuring smooth handoffs, readiness for the next shift, and accurate KPI tracking. The role requires adaptability across morning/evening shifts and Saturdays in Utrecht.

You will support onboarding, address questions, and uphold safety and quality standards while walking through daily tasks and potential process improvements.

Qualifikationen

• Availability on evenings/mornings (4 weekdays + every Saturday)
• B2-level English
• Eye for quality and safety compliance
• Physically fit to walk and lift repeatedly
• Disciplined with strong organizational skills
• Hub/logistics experience is a plus
• Relevant certificates (EPT, forklift, etc.) are a plus

• Lead communication between the hub and headquarters.
• Close the hub and ensure everything is tidy and ready for the next shift.
• Support the team with onboarding, problem-solving, and answering questions.
• Quality (and quantity!) control for irregularities.
• Track hours, shifts, and KPIs for the hub.
• Keep the hub running smoothly by fixing processes and removing blockers.

This role may require availability on evenings or mornings and every Saturday.

What You'll Need

• Availability on evenings/mornings (4 weekdays + every Saturday).
• B2-level English (Dutch is nice but not necessary!)
• An eye for quality, safety, and following all security-related rules.
• To be physically fit: you will be walking and lifting a lot.
• Discipline, good organisational skills, and the ability to focus for long periods of time.
• Previous experience working in a hub / logistics would be nice (but not necessary!)
• Any relevant certificate (EPT, forklift, etc.) would be nice.
