Job summary

Fugro in the Netherlands seeks a proactive Management Assistant to support the regional Marine management team. You will organize calendars, travel, and day-to-day operations, ensuring processes run smoothly and efficiently while spotting improvement opportunities.

You will work closely with managers and stakeholders across Fugro and with external contacts, handling information with discretion and preparing reports and presentations in line with Fugro standards.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years in an admin or management support role, preferably supporting senior management.
• Excellent MS Office 365 skills, especially Outlook, Teams and PowerPoint; Copilot knowledge.
• Fluent English; Dutch is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Managing complex calendars, scheduling meetings and prioritising tasks.
• Organising business travel and visitor logistics.
• Supporting day-to-day operations and ensuring smooth processes.
