Vistra is seeking a Regional Finance Controller to lead financial reporting and controls for the designated region. The role requires coordinating with subsidiaries, ensuring compliant reporting, and partnering with senior stakeholders to drive financial discipline.

The candidate will oversee consolidation, internal controls, and risk management while enabling strategic financial initiatives and value creation across the organisation.

Competenze

• Essential: 3+ years in a similar regional financial controller/finance role in a comparably sized organisation.
• Experience in a geographically diverse organisation with multiple entities and regions.

Mansioni

• Prepare and present accurate financial statements and regional reporting (monthly, quarterly, annual).
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls across the region.
• Lead the financial controlling team and provide guidance.
• Maintain robust internal controls and governance over financial information.
• Identify and manage financial risks and support strategic initiatives.
