Horizon3 is seeking a Field & Channel Marketing Manager to lead integrated marketing across the Nordics and Benelux region. This role accelerates pipeline growth through field marketing, channel partner marketing, demand generation, and regional go-to-market execution.

The successful candidate will build scalable regional programs, strengthen partner relationships, and support both Enterprise and Commercial Sales teams with demand generation and ROI-driven campaigns.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in B2B technology marketing.
• Experience marketing to Nordics & Benelux region.
• Strong experience across field marketing, channel/partner marketing, and demand generation.
• Proven success supporting revenue teams and delivering measurable pipeline growth.
• Experience with indirect routes to market including VARs, distributors, alliances, and service providers.

Responsabilités

• Own and execute the integrated marketing plan for the Nordics and Benelux, aligned to revenue priorities and sales targets.
• Translate corporate campaigns into localized regional programs that drive measurable pipeline and partner engagement.
• Develop multi-touch programs including events, webinars, direct mailers, roundtables, digital, social and ABM.
• Support regional sales teams with campaign strategy, market insights, and program execution.
• Build and execute partner marketing plans with strategic resellers, distributors, MSSPs, alliances, and channel ecosystem partners.
• Drive MDF / co-marketing investment toward measurable pipeline outcomes.
• In partnership with the channel team, launch partner-led demand generation campaigns, enablement programs, and joint market initiatives.
