Job summary

McArthurGlen Group is seeking a Regional Communications Manager for the Netherlands on a 6-month freelance/contract basis. The role covers Roermond and Roosendaal with travel to centres and cross-border markets in Germany and Belgium.

You will shape strategic communications, lead agencies, and craft stories for campaigns, openings and partnerships, while advising senior leaders on reputation and crisis strategies.

Qualifications

• Experience developing strategic communications programmes.
• Strong PR and media relations experience across consumer markets.
• Experience managing external agencies across multiple markets.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Fluent in Dutch and English; German is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver strategic communications and PR plans.
• Lead external PR agencies across three markets.
• Drive media and influencer engagement.
• Create compelling stories around campaigns, partnerships, events and openings.
• Provide strategic communications counsel to senior stakeholders and support reputation and crisis communications.
