McArthurGlen is seeking an experienced Regional Communications Manager to join the Netherlands Marketing Team for a 6-month maternity cover. The role is part-time and based in the Netherlands, with travel to Roermond and Roosendaal, ideally starting in November 2026.

You will lead consumer and corporate communications across the Netherlands and cross-border markets in Germany and Belgium, develop PR plans, manage external agencies, drive media engagement, craft compelling stories around

Qualifications

• Strong communications and PR experience within a consumer-facing sector.
• Experience developing and delivering strategic communications programmes.
• Proven experience managing agencies and working across multiple markets.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Strong media relations, storytelling and reputation management expertise.
• A commercial, proactive and highly organised approach.
• Fluency in Dutch and English; German would be an advantage.
