Job summary

Biscuit International is recruiting a CAPEX, Project Management & Maintenance Lead for Northern Europe, based in Dordrecht. You will own the regional CAPEX portfolio and drive value through project execution, maintenance excellence and standardized processes across 18 sites in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany.

You will shape preventive and predictive maintenance programs, boost asset reliability and OEE, and collaborate with plant managers, engineering teams and the Group Engineering

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Extensive experience in CAPEX management, project management, and maintenance within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong knowledge of asset management, reliability engineering, maintenance methodologies and CMMS systems.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to connect people, teams and sites across countries and cultures.
• Fluent English in communication; experience in the food industry is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Own the regional CAPEX portfolio, including governance, prioritization, budgeting, forecasting and reporting.
• Lead major CAPEX projects from business case development through execution, commissioning and handover.
• Implement and maintain standardized project management processes with clear accountability across sites in NL, BE and DE.
• Develop preventive and predictive maintenance strategies and improve CMMS usage, maintenance planning and data quality.
• Improve equipment reliability, OEE, technical capabilities and contractor performance across sites.
