Job summary

Biscuit International is seeking a Manufacturing Hub Director for the Netherlands & Belgium. You will lead multiple Plant Managers, shape site strategies and drive safety, quality, cost and people performance across the hub.

You will translate the European manufacturing strategy into local execution, build capability, and partner with cross-functional leadership in an international environment across Europe. A master’s degree and 10+ years in senior manufacturing roles are required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent level of education and experience.
• At least 10 years of leadership experience in manufacturing, FMCG, food production or a similar environment.
• Experience as a Plant Manager, Operations Director, Manufacturing Director or in a comparable senior leadership role.
• Fluent in Dutch and English; French is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple Plant Managers and support the development of local leadership teams.
• Deliver results on safety, quality, delivery, cost and people performance.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across all sites.
• Translate the European manufacturing strategy into local execution, transformation programmes and investments.
• Take ownership on the hub's business performance with a focus on service to customers, manufacturing cost and innovation.
