Job summary

Refresco seeks an experienced European Maintenance & Asset Service Manager to lead the development and governance of our maintenance and asset management strategy across Europe, including SAP Maintenance rollout. You will work with plant teams to improve OEE, asset reliability and cost performance.

The role requires senior leadership across multiple sites, strong data analytics, and the ability to drive sustainable improvements. Based in Rotterdam with significant travel across European sites.

Qualifications

10+ years in maintenance, engineering or production in manufacturing.
Experience leading multi-site teams or projects across sites or functions.
Ability to use data to understand losses and drive improvements.
Experience with CMMS and Lean/TPM is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead development and governance of maintenance and asset management strategy across Europe.
Roll out SAP Maintenance and standardise practices across sites.
Improve OEE, asset reliability and cost performance across the network.
Coach site teams on maintenance discipline and problem solving; stabilise priority lines.
