Job summary

CWS Cleanrooms is seeking an Accounting Manager BNL to lead the accounting team in the Netherlands and Belgium, primarily based in Eindhoven with regular travel to Puurs (BE) and Heerenveen. You will report to the CFO of CWS Cleanrooms.

You will drive month-end close, supervise GL, A/R, A/P, payroll and fixed assets, ensure IFRS and tax compliance, and coordinate audits. Collaboration with Shared Service Center in Sibiu and the Corporate Accounting team in Germany is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
• CPA or equivalent professional qualification preferred.
• At least 7 years of accounting experience, 3 in a managerial role.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the accounting team within BNL.
• Manage month-end and year-end closing and reporting to central organization.
• Oversee general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll and fixed assets.
• Monitor balance sheet and P&L, and working capital movements.
• Coordinate cash planning, bank management and cash pooling.
• Oversee treasury in collaboration with corporate treasury.
• Collaborate with Financial Planning & Business Control.
• Develop and improve accounting policies, procedures and internal controls.
• Support internal and external financial audits.
