Job summary

CWS Cleanrooms seeks an Accounting Manager BNL to lead the accounting team in the Netherlands and Belgium, ensuring a well-structured financial administration and a high-quality general ledger.

You will manage month- and year-end closings, oversee AP/AR, payroll, intercompany and IFRS adjustments, and collaborate with FP&A, BE/NL GAAP, IFRS.

Based in Eindhoven or Puurs with regular travel to Eindhoven, Puurs and Heerenveen to stay close to business and teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Economics, or related field.
• 7+ years of accounting experience, including 3 years in a leadership role (Big 4 experience is a strong plus).
• Excellent GL accounting skills and strong knowledge of BE/NL GAAP; IFRS experience is an advantage.
• Experience with ERP/accounting systems (MS Dynamics, Netsuite, SAP) and advanced Excel.
• Experience in an international and/or mixed BE/NL business environment; strong communication in Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Accounting team and drive professional, efficient collaboration across BNL.
• Oversee month-end and year-end closings with timely reporting.
• Own GL accounting: journal entries, reconciliations, intercompany, IFRS adjustments.
• Oversee AP, AR, payroll processing, and fixed assets.
