Highberg B.V. is seeking a Recruitment Working Student who is currently enrolled in an HBO or WO degree.
You will support the recruitment team across the full hiring process, gaining responsibility from day one and contributing to the growth of our organization. You will publish jobs, screen candidates, schedule interviews, assist sourcing on LinkedIn, and maintain recruitment data while balancing your studies.

As a Recruitment Working Student, you will support Highberg in attracting new talent. You will be involved in the entire recruitment process and have the opportunity to take on responsibility from day one.
