Job summary

Highberg B.V. is seeking a Recruitment Working Student who is currently enrolled in an HBO or WO degree.

You will support the recruitment team across the full hiring process, gaining responsibility from day one and contributing to the growth of our organization. You will publish jobs, screen candidates, schedule interviews, assist sourcing on LinkedIn, and maintain recruitment data while balancing your studies.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in HBO/WO degree program
• Detail-oriented and proactive
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to travel between Utrecht, Amsterdam and Zoetermeer

Responsibilities

• Publish and manage job vacancies across channels
• Screen candidates and maintain applicant communication
• Schedule interviews with candidates and stakeholders
• Support sourcing activities through LinkedIn and other networks
• Process and maintain recruitment data
