Job summary

Highberg is seeking a Recruitment Working Student to support the entire hiring process while you study. You’ll publish vacancies, screen applicants, schedule interviews, and assist sourcing across networks, gaining hands-on experience in a fast-growing consultancy.

You will travel between Utrecht, Amsterdam and Zoetermeer offices, taking on responsibility from day one and developing valuable recruitment skills for your future career.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s (HBO) or master’s (WO) degree program.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and possess strong communication skills.
• You enjoy interacting with and connecting with people.
• You are not afraid to take initiative and assume responsibility.
• You are willing to travel between Utrecht, Amsterdam and Zoetermeer offices.

Responsibilities

• Publish and manage job vacancies across recruitment channels.
• Screen candidates and maintain communication with applicants.
• Schedule interviews with candidates and stakeholders.
• Support sourcing activities through LinkedIn and networks.
• Process and maintain recruitment data.
