The Position

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will join a specialized team within one of our IT domains—Software Development, Data & AI, Cloud, or Security. Working alongside a permanent colleague, you will form a dynamic duo responsible for consultants throughout the recruitment cycle.

One consultant focuses on the client side—account management, relationship building, and creating new opportunities. The other consultant focuses on the candidate side—identifying, interviewing, and advising IT professionals on their career paths. Depending on your experience, talents, and ambitions, you will start in one of these specializations, learn the trade, and gradually assume responsibility for both sides, eventually becoming a full‑fledged 360° Recruitment Consultant.

Responsibilities include: building lasting client and candidate relationships, monitoring IT market developments, recruiting for IT positions, and providing labour‑market consulting. You will enjoy flexibility, responsibility, and the autonomy to drive your own initiatives within an environment that values entrepreneurship and quality over mere KPIs.
