Qualifications

• HBO-level education or equivalent.
• Commercial, proactive, and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships quickly.
• Proficiency in Dutch and English.
• Experience in recruitment, job placement, or sales is a plus.
• Interest in IT is a plus, though not mandatory.
