Job summary

Stoneridge is seeking a proactive Recruiter to support end-to-end recruitment across our European locations. This role can be based at our offices in the Netherlands, Sweden or Estonia and is a fixed term role for six months with the opportunity for extension.

The role is hybrid with three days a week in the office, and offers a competitive salary plus attractive insurance and pension benefits, with collaboration across the HR team and hiring managers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience.
• 1–2 years of recruitment experience; engineering/technical recruitment is a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• English language proficiency is required since the role is regional.
• Experience in-house or in a recruitment agency.
• Experience using Workday.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end recruitment from intake to offer.
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication through start date.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs.
• Build trusted relationships with hiring managers, stakeholders, and HR.

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Recruiter to support end-to-end recruitment activities across our European locations. This role can be based at our offices in the Netherlands, Sweden or Estonia and is a fixed term role for six months with the opportunity for extension.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Delivering end-to-end recruitment from intake to offer across all functions
• Coordinating interviews and managing candidate communication and engagement to a high standard from initial screening to start date
• Partnering with hiring managers to understand hiring needs
• Build and strengthen trusted relationships with hiring managers, senior stakeholders and the wider HR team
• Maintaining accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system

What You’ll Need

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience
• 1-2 years of recruitment experience; Engineering or technical recruitment is a plus
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Knowledge of English is a must as the role is regional
• Experience in-house or in a recruitment agency
• Experience in using Workday

Bonus
