Be part of a movement that moves the world
At ASICS, we're more than just a brand; we're a movement. A movement of movement, propelled by the belief that motion strengthens the body and uplifts the mind. Our name itself, an acronym for "Anima Sana in Corpore Sano" (a Sound Mind in a Sound Body), encapsulates this commitment. Since taking our first step in Japan in 1949, our journey has been about more than just reaching the finish lines or clocking the fastest times. It's about the joy of moving and it's open to all. Here at ASICS, we welcome diversity in our people, their backgrounds and life experiences. So, you could be the right person for this role regardless of your age, nationality, religious beliefs, or gender identification.
Your role in our shared journey
Located at our EMEA headquarters in Hoofddorp, near Amsterdam, you will be a core member of the ASICS EMEA Talent Acquisition team, owning the full recruitment lifecycle for a diverse portfolio of 8–12 open roles at any one time, spanning multiple job families, seniority levels, and markets across the region. You will be equally at home running a high-volume search and managing a nuanced, specialist hire. Reporting to the Director of Talent, and working in close partnership with your Recruitment and HRBP teams, you will act as a trusted recruitment adviser to Hiring Managers across ASICS EMEA, bringing market intelligence, inclusive sourcing expertise, and genuine candidate care to every search you own. The ASICS TA team is in an active evolution, implementing AI-assisted tools, building new processes, and taking on an increasingly global hiring scope including collaboration with ASICS HQ in Japan. DEI is a genuine strategic priority here too, it's embedded in how the team sources, assesses, and hires, and it matters at the very top of the organisation. The team is collaborative, transparent, and quick to welcome new people. If you want full end-to-end ownership, real breadth, and a brand whose mission you can believe in, this is the role.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Be
- End-to-End Recruitment Delivery: Own the full recruitment lifecycle for a portfolio of 8–12 open roles at any one time, across multiple job families and seniority levels. Balance high-volume hiring with specialist, senior and harder-to-fill searches while keeping quality and candidate experience high.
- Hiring Manager Partnership & Role Scoping: Be a genuine talent partner to your hiring managers. Starting with structured intake meetings and recruitment action plans built around business needs and market reality, and continues with data-backed guidance and direct, constructive pushback on a brief, timeline or shortlist when needed.
- Diversity & Inclusion: Build DEI into every process you run, from sourcing choices through to how assessment is designed, so shortlists are genuinely diverse.
- Sourcing & Market Intelligence: Build targeted, diverse candidate pipelines using advanced LinkedIn Recruiter skills, referral activation, talent insight tools and other AI-assisted tools, backed by strong market intelligence. Adaptability to new tools matters more than Boolean technique alone.
- Candidate Assessment: Design and run structured, fair assessment processes for every search, so interview stages test the right things and candidates are evaluated consistently against the brief.
- TA Process Evolution: Contribute to the ongoing evolution of the TA function, helping shape new tools, processes and ways of working as they're introduced.
Essential
You have the following skills:
- 4+ years' recruitment experience, in-house experience essential (a mix of agency and in-house is ideal), including proven delivery of high-volume recruitment, multiple live roles at once, inside a complex, international organisation.
- Confident Hiring Manager partnership skills with demonstrated ability to lead structured intake meetings, influence hiring decisions with data and market insight, and push back constructively when needed.
- Demonstrable application of DEI principles in recruitment practice, able to describe specific sourcing or process changes you've implemented that built more diverse pipelines.
- Comfortable managing all aspects of recruitment, from strategic workforce planning through to hands‑on operational delivery.
- Resilient and quality‑conscious under sustained pressure, able to manage 8–12 open roles simultaneously without losing candidate experience standards or Hiring Manager confidence.
- Advanced LinkedIn Recruiter skills, able to build targeted searches, activate referral networks and bring market insights to hiring managers. Curious about AI‑assisted tools as ASICS's TA tech stack evolves.
Nice To Have
- Experience recruiting for finance, operations, or supply chain roles is a meaningful differentiator for this specific hire.
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors or a comparable ATS is a plus. Full system training is provided, but prior experience reduces onboarding time.
- Genuine affinity with sports, movement, or sportswear, useful for cultural fit and representing the ASICS brand to candidates.
