Hotel De L’Europe B.V. in Amsterdam is looking for a recruiter who finds people who fit and want to stay. You will manage the entire recruitment process, from intake meetings and job postings to sourcing and selection, and you won’t wait for talent to come to you.

Fluent Dutch and good English are required. You’ll develop employer branding with the P&C Manager, build relationships with hospitality schools, and create a five-star candidate experience.

What will you do?

• Find talent: You manage the entire recruitment process, from intake meetings and job postings to sourcing and selection. You don’t wait for talent to come to you—you actively seek it out.

• Employer branding: Together with the P&C Manager, you develop campaigns that put De L’Europe on the map as an employer of choice.

• Networking: You build relationships with hotel schools and educational institutions, attend career events, and develop talent pools.

• Innovation: You explore new recruitment channels and ensure every candidate enjoys a five-star experience.

• Onboarding: Together with the P&C team, you give new colleagues an unforgettable start through our two-day onboarding programme.

What’s in it for you?

• A gross monthly salary of €3,176 to €3,800 (based on 38 hours per week), depending on your experience.

• Employment conditions in accordance with the Dutch Hospitality Collective Labour Agreement (Horeca-cao), job grade VIII.

Who are you?

• You have experience in recruitment and confidently manage the entire process independently.

• You’re a natural sourcer: you know how to find talent, spark their enthusiasm, and build lasting relationships.

• Experience in hospitality? That’s a big plus.

• You’re fluent in Dutch (required) and have a good command of English.
