Job summary

ASML in the Netherlands seeks a Senior Team Lead Logistics Operations Disturbance Management to lead a shift team within the Business Support organisation. You will drive operational stability, escalate issues and improve performance via KPI monitoring and dashboard insights.

You will collaborate with peers and report to the Group Lead/Manager. Your role focuses on people development, change management and ensuring priorities are set across two shifts, while maintaining alignment with ASML

Qualifications

• Bachelor/Master in Industrial Engineering, Supply chain or Engineering.
• Experience in high-tech production environments.
• Direct or indirect people management experience.
• Broad logistic and business knowledge.
• Familiarity with ASML Manage Disturbance process is a plus.
• Experience with change management is beneficial.
• Experience with project and stakeholder management is desirable.
• Experience using problem-solving methods like the 4C's.
• Coaching experience is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead a shift team in Logistics Operations Disturbance Management.
• Set targets, conduct year-end reviews, and develop coaching plans.
• Develop people and maintain high quality standards.
• Guide teams through change and ensure priority setting.
• Define and improve reporting and KPI monitoring.
• Run daily operations and align work across two shifts.
