Dandy, a fast-growing dental tech company, is hiring a Customer Experience Dental Lab Technician in the Netherlands. You will apply deep dental lab expertise to support clinicians on patient scanning, case prep, and design modifications, delivering high-quality outcomes and exceptional service.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a dental technician role.
• 2+ years in 3Shape CAD/CAM design (Implant, Crown & Bridge).
• Deep understanding of digital dental workflows including implant systems, scan bodies, and best design practices.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with clinicians and teams.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate on treatment plans with doctors to refine case designs and ensure optimal outcomes.
• Provide live clinical support via phone, chat, and video to troubleshoot and guide workflows.
• Facilitate cross-functional communication between doctors and Dandy lab teams to translate feedback into production results.
